Fellowship
We think it is possible to follow Jesus and do God's work in the world. But, it takes an informed awareness of what God is doing in the world -- and a heartfelt desire to join in!
Youth Fellowship
The Youth Group consists of over 35 active members in grades 8 - 12. There are many adults active in our youth program volunteering their time and energy. The youth of the church are active members of the congregation, participating as liturgists, greeters, deacons, in teen and adult choirs, teen bell choir and nursery care. They also support First Presbyterian's ministry of sharing Christ's Love by organizing special events throughout the year
Youth Fellowship meets on the first and third Sundays of the month, 5PM-7PM downstairs in the youth room.
Christian Education
On Sunday mornings from September through May we offer educational classes for all ages at 10:05 AM. Classes for children, youth and adults are held throughout the building. Two classes are regularly held each Sunday for adults. Topics have included "And How Does it End?", "New Testament Views of the Cross" and a variety of short series and weekly electives. We also offer confirmation classes for youth in 7th grade who wish to learn more about our faith and church membership.
